I am having an issue with a hacker who seems to be accessing our PBX and getting transferred to an outside line.  It has become an issue because the numbers he is transferring to are all international phone numbers. How can I stop this from happening?

You need to disable your system from allowing transfers to outside lines.Please contact your vendor or Birns at contact@birns.net for help
